Coaching is a support for you to clarify what matters to you, what lights you up, what your particular genius is. The world needs more people living the depth of their character, because when we live with our genius, even our work is our play and the whole planet benefits.

Coaching with me supports you in meeting the beliefs you hold that keep you from living your genius, questioning the validity of them, and ascribing a meaning that propels you to a deeper experience of your own life. Choosing your meaning gives you the freedom to live at peace with your history. To find peace with your history gives you a future that you create from equanimity.

The Buddha said we create the world with our minds. What he didn't mention is that the world we were born into created our minds first. Can you imagine what your life would look like if you could live it from your own mind instead of the mind handed down from people you never even met? If we can become comfortable with the vastness and strangeness of our minds, we can become comfortable with the vastness and strangeness of the world. Think of that sometimes.
