I would be delighted to share my palate and my talents to help enliven your party, retreat, daily lunchbox, picnic, workshop, or other event you’d like to spice up a little! I don’t follow any one dietary path myself, beyond fresh and nourishing. You could call my cooking “California Delicious” because of its freshness and lack of regard for rules. Even though I don’t follow one road, I understand that there are many people who do and I am happy to tailor meals to fit the needs of people following various intentional diets like Vegan, FODMAPS, Paleo, Ketogenic, and so on.
In the words of Virginia Woolf, “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” When all the elements of a good meal come together, you have one of the foundations of a good healthy gut, and a good lively life. And that, my friend, is to give yourself love in a bowl.

Good food starts with good ingredients. You won’t find any prefab boxed food in my pantry! I make all my sauces from scratch, including ketchup, mustard, salad dressings, and mayonnaise. If I use something from a bottle, I can read and understand every ingredient on the label. My refrigerator is stocked with organic meat, dairy, fresh fruits, and vegetables which will soon be chopped and seasoned with interesting spices from around the world. I use good fats like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee to make every dish sumptuous and healthy.
Certainly you’ve noticed that at some point during a party, there’s a congregation around the food, especially when it’s prepared with care. Food brings us together in so many ways. Good food helps us bloom our lives as well as our bodies.
